What is your return policy ?

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return your product without having to state any reason for doing so. The return procedure can be found in your order confirmation email.

 

How do I return my product(s) ?

If you would like to make a return, we advise you, within 30 days of receipt, to log in here and download your prepaid return label.
You will then just have to print it, affix it on the parcel and take it to the post office. For your return to be processed as quickly as possible, please be sure that the order form is in the parcel and that the items are intact with tags enclosed and in their original packaging. Can I return an item bought online in one of your stores ?

Items bought online can't be returned to one of our stores, they must be sent back to our warehouse. 

 

What should I do if I lost my prepaid returned label ?

We advise you to contact our customer service.

 

I would like to exchange a product. What should I do ?

We are sorry but we do not offer exchanges online. If you would like to get another size or colour, we advise you to return the irem and place another order.

 

I have received a faulty, damaged or wrong item. What should I do ?

We advise you to contact our customer service as soon as possible.

 

Have you received my returned item(s) ?

Your refund will be processed within 14 days upon receipt. You will not receive an email to confirm the reception of your return but if you have followed the return guidelines correctly you should receive a refund confirmation email.
