What are the delivery options ?

We offer free worldwide standard shipping. The costs of express shipping will depend on the destination country.

 

Can I place an order online and collect it from a store ?

Online orders can't be collected in our stores.

 

What are the delivery time slots?

Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we recommend your order is delivered to a work address rather than a home address. Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day.

 

What happens if I'm not in when my order arrives ?

The carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery. We recommend your order is delivered to a work address rather than a home address.
