Customers can only access the points of sale in compliance with the conditions of social distancing. Therefore, they have to wait outside if the capacity of the outlet has already been reached
Hydroalcoholic gel is offered to customers when they enter the store.
Also, if a customer who does not have a mask wishes to make a fitting in the cabin or to make alterations, a surgical mask will be offered.
The Paule KA staff have to wear a fabric or surgical mask during the fitting to welcome you in the best conditions.
